Database Not Mounting

主机意外down机后，启数据库时，实例2正常启动，实例1启了半个多小时了，还是停在nomount状态，告警日志反复显示的是：

ARC1: Thread not mounted
ARC0: Thread not mounted

Symptoms
While doing the startup of the database it simply hangs at the mount stage. 
 
Cause
NOTE: This can happen if multiple archive processes are running. 
A lock conflict may result. 
This is not considered a bug within development. 
 
Fix
Open another sql*plus session
Login as sysdba 
Shutdown abort
Startup

Shutdown abort后，再Startup，数据库正常启动：

ARCH: STARTING ARCH PROCESSES
ARC0 started with pid=27, OS id=16279
ARC0: Archival started
ARC1 started with pid=28, OS id=16281
